WHAT WE DO

WHY NOT CARE

Why Not Care, INC is a 501c3 non-profit organization geared towards providing beneficial resources for the homeless, the disenfranchised, everyday people, or businesses and community organizations that are in need of supplemental assistance. From the distribution of Care Packs filled with everyday essentials for homeless and unfortunate individuals, to providing creative and educational services for our partnering organizations - Why Not Care is essentially a dedicated network of people who are able and willing to offer their resources and services to help others who are in need.

CARE TALKS

We coordinate with local schools and community centers in low-income communities to talk about community engagement and how the youth can be the future leaders in this world. We also speak about different ways they can motivate and inspire themselves along with their friends and family through communication and goal setting techniques. We bring the Growth and Goals Mindset series.

We have spoken at Marta Valle HS, LES PREP, Educational Alliance boys and girls club, Boys club of NY, The Urban Assembly Academy of Government and Law, MMCC, Grand st. Settlement, District 1 Community Education Council, NYC DOE.

CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS

We partner with larger companies to help initiate an avenue of giving to the neediest communities. They come to us asking what they can do and how they can be most effective and we create a road map that includes in-office events that lead to community resources. We have partnered with: CBS, NBC, TELEMUNDO, SHOWTIME, HBO, VICE, DEF JAM, LACOSTE, DEER STAGS, NEW BALANCE, ADIDAS, JIMMY JAZZ, TWO TEN FOOTWEAR FOUNDATION, NEW YORK CITY HOUSING AUTHORITY, HENRY STREET SETTLEMENT, DISTRICT 1 EDUCATIONAL COUNCIL, NYC DOE, THE EDUCATIONAL ALLIANCE TEEN CENTER, BOYS CLUB OF NY, NYDIS, SALVATION ARMY, THRIVE NYC, and many more grass-root organizations.
